Return & warranty

Returns within 14 days:

Upon cancellation, you still have 14 days to return the product. We will refund the full order amount, including shipping costs. Please note that only the cost of returning the product to our online shop is for your account. The rates for this vary by carrier, and you can find the exact rates on their website. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us atinfo@solar-parts.be. Once we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the order amount due within 14 days.

Return in good condition:

When returning, please ensure that the product contains all included accessories and, if possible, is in its original condition and packaging. We appreciate it if you treat the product with care. Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to test the product, we may charge a depreciation.

Exchanging product:

Would you like to exchange the product? Please feel free to contact us at info@solar-parts.be. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Wrong delivery address:

Submitted an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can try to adjust the order before it is shipped.

Peace of Mind Guarantee:

We value the quality of our products and strive to deliver them in optimal condition. If something goes wrong during transport or the product shows a defect, you can claim a warranty. Under European law, we are liable for defects that become apparent within two years of delivery. You may also have additional rights under Belgian law.

Please contact us within a reasonable time if you discover or suspect a defect. A reasonable time is usually two months, but in some cases, it may be longer. If you contact us in time, we will provide repair or replacement free of charge.
